Stacey & Shannon were introduced by a mutual friend who knew they would hit it off…and she was right! The two women had an instant connection in their first meeting and it became evidently clear that their professional visions and values were very much in sync. They are both very driven in their respective real estate fields and share the perspective of building a solid network in order to successfully facilitate business. After a few meetings, the two knew there was a need to build a solid community for women in real estate and Turn Key Women’s Alliance was founded.

She is endlessly dedicated to providing her clients with the most positive Real Estate experience possible. Her years of real estate experience have given her the prospective that building real relationships with other agents and affiliates has become the key to her success. This premise became the foundation for Turn Key Women’s Alliance, where curating the right business relationships became her strategy. Putting women in front of each other to create connections that will increase their profitability is a skill that she has honed in on to leverage for the TKWA key holders.

Born and raised in Monmouth Beach, she currently lives in Point Pleasant Borough with her husband and two sweet boys. She started her professional journey for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in NYC, and after a few years, transitioned into the world of real estate. After becoming a Mom, she realized the life-work balance would serve her and her family best in a more flexible position so she re-entered the real estate industry after a 10-year hiatus. When she began to network and make so many meaningful connections, she realized that she could marry both of her passions and join forces with her powerhouse partner to combine event planning and real estate in a brand-forward capacity. Marketing for women professionals in the event space proves to be her wheelhouse and happy place!
